Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Hungary, Cyprus and Slovakia.

Dispatch costs

(inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Delivery periods

For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 5–10 days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 20–30 days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made within Germany within 4–5 weeks and, for deliveries abroad, within 4–6 weeks following conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we will send the articles together in one delivery unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
