I am Dilek Iliköz – an engineer and designer, mother of two children and passionate dancer. Movement, precision and expression run through my entire life – and through every piece of jewelry I create.

I have been dancing for over 20 years - ballet and modern dance have shown me that true beauty lies in the harmony of control and freedom. The perfection in the imperfect - as in nature, as in dance. My designs embody exactly that.

As an engineer in the automotive industry, I have learned that quality is a conscious decision - not a coincidence, not a compromise. Every detail counts. It's about precision, durability and the highest level of craftsmanship - values that I incorporate into every Ilikoez piece of jewelry.

And as a mother, I see the world with new eyes – with appreciation for myself and others, for what is permanent, what is consistent, what is true.
